The Hut- A detached cedar chalet bungalow providing spacious accommodation of a good standard.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only a stone's throw from the beach. The Hut's superb position makes it probably the closest private property to the beach available for rental.


Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

French Doors access into an open plan living area with sitting/dining room furnished with 2 settees and 2 chairs, dining suite, colour TV and electric heater. Fitted kitchen, with electric oven and hob , microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

On the western side of the chalet there is a sundeck (with patio furniture) that offers lovely views of the dunes and the sea, including Lundy Island. It is a superb place to relax and enjoy the sunset.

Bedroom one is a double with en-suite bathroom/WC. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both twins. Duvets are supplied but linen is not. Two further folding beds are available.

The Hut also has it's own private entrance to a footpath which leads to the beach just a few hundred yards away. A slightly longer walk in the other direction and the footpath comes out next to Billy Budd's pub in Croyde Village itself. The Hut has a virtually unrivalled position, centrally located for all that Croyde has to offer.

There is a extensive enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and a barbeque. The garden enjoys a high degree of privacy, provided by a high privet hedge, making it perfect for sunbathing. There is an outside shower, ideal when coming off of the beach.

Directions...M5 exit junction 27, North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple, A361 to Braunton, B3231 to Croyde Bay. Between beach and the village turn left into Sandyway Estate just before Whiteleaf Guesthouse. Follow the estate road downhill & to the right coming onto the rough road that is Sandy Lane. Turn down the little Cul-de-sac (righthand side) about 150yds along. You will find The Hut through the 5 bar gate at the end.		Simon and Victoria Webb
