Secret Spot Camping is situated at Moor Lane Nursery, tucked away just off the main Braunton- Croyde road just 2 miles from Saunton Beach.. Our Postcode is EX33 1HG. Our location is Convenient, Quiet and Secluded yet only minutes from the surf...
We are just a few hundred yards off the main bus route, 2 miles from Saunton Beach.
We are only about 15 minutes level walk from Braunton the famous White Lion Surfers Pub in Braunton.
There are also plenty of places to eat in Braunton...Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Thai and award-winning Fish and Chips. There are several surf shops and a cycle shop. Secret Spot makes a great base for Surfers, Walkers and Cyclists.
All in all it's a great spot, just minutes by car along the main road to the Beaches or Braunton Village. yet we are surrounded by open countryside. Saunton Biosphere Reserve, Braunton Burrows, Crow Point, Velator Marshes, Braunton Greatfield, Swanpool Reserve etc. all a level bike ride away!

Facilities
Camping is just one of the things we do. We are primarily a Nursery specialising in Hanging Baskets and a Tea Room serving Traditional Devonshire Cream Teas. The number of days which we can offer camping each year is limited. We can only accept tents, sorry no Caravans or Motorhomes.
We have level fields, pitches are not marked. Electric Hook-up is not available. We have Hot Showers and Flush Toilets and a small washing-up area. All ablutions are uni-sex, clean, functional but modest.
We also have Wi-Fi and phone charging facilities.
We can offer Surf-Hire and Surf Lessons in conjunction with The Little Pink Shop in Croyde. Surf Equipment can be pre-booked and we will have it waiting on site for you.. no queuing!

Due to local planning restrictions we only offer camping for a limited period each year.
The famous surf beaches of Saunton, Croyde Bay and Putsborough are just a few minutes away by car.
