Pre-book your Surf-Hire Equipment

Demand generally outstrips supply for hire gear at peak periods...If the surf is good and the sun is shining (and even when it isn't on some weekends), and on Bank Holidays, there just isn't enough hire gear to go around.

You can find yourself chasing around from shop to shop wasting valuable surfing time and energy trying to get everything you need. By reserving your boards and suits you know that you will not have this hassle through being stuck in traffic etc. What ever time you arrive your gear will be waiting for you.

Please however note the following....

Bookings can be made right up to the last minute provided we are not "sold out".

Weekend and Bank Holiday bookings may be collected (by arrangement) on the Friday afternoon for no extra charge.

We cannot accept bookings that commence on a Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday.

To book you will need a credit card...payment will be taken with the booking. Please note that continually altering the booking causes chaos and you should try to avoid this if you want everything to run smoothly!

Even if you haven't booked...try us last as we have more hire gear than most!

How to Cancel your Pre-booked Surf-Hire Equipment

Cancellation

Please read these terms and conditions very carefully.

In this age of information technology it is quite possible to determine the likely size and quality of the surf for anything up to a week ahead. Therefore the onus is on the hirer to keep an eye on the forecasts and we will refund in full cancellations made up to 48hrs before the period of hire is due to commence.   

For cancellation notified less than 48hrs before commencement of hire a 25% cancellation fee will be levied.

For cancellation less than 24hrs before commencement however a 50% cancellation fee will be levied.

Once the period of hire has commenced no refunds will be given whether the equipment has been collected or not.

We reserve the right to re-hire equipment that has not been collected 24hrs after collection was due unless we have received updated instructions on the time of collection.

At our own discretion we will allow the option to use monies paid over in hire to be used to purchase goods instead. This option (if offered) will only be available at the commencement of hire and in no circumstances be allowed once the pre-booked hire equipment has been collected.
