Pickwell Barton Cottage is situated in the quiet and little known hamlet of Pickwell, directly behind Putsborough beach. The cottage is situated on a family run working beef, sheep and arable farm. In addition to the spacious and comfortable cottage there are superb views from fields within easy walking distance of the front door.

Walk across our fields and footpaths for magnificent views of the three miles of golden sands between Baggy and Morte Points.

The Lounge with open fireplace and colour TV |
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with an open fireplace and a colour TV; fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumbler dryer and fridge freezer. There is also a large larder suitable for the safe storage of surfboards! There is of course a bathroom, a separate WC and in addition a separate shower.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all three with double beds. The rooms are a good size, two have extra single bed and cots. The largest bedroom has a hand washbasin. Outside there is a picnic table and chairs. The cottage has parking for several cars.

Enjoy listening to the sea and watching an abundance of wildlife in their natural habitats. A sight not to be missed is the magnificent sunset over Lundy Island as seen from our fields.

| Directions...M5 exit junction 27, North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple, A361 to Braunton, B3231 to Croyde. Turn right at Croyde Post Office and go to Georgeham (1 mile) On entering Georgham take the first left directly after the Parish Hall. Pass the village school then next right to Pickwell.
