Lundy Light- A recently expanded holiday chalet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only a few minutes walk from the beach, popular with holiday-makers and surfers alike. Situated within a 5 minute walk of local shops, pubs and restaurants. Lundy Light has 4 bedrooms, a lounge, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and a large garden with patio area.
It's only a short walk to the beach, the bungalow is only one small field from the burrows & dunes. There is a south facing patio with garden furniture.
LOUNGE
A very comfortable light and spacious room with colour television and DVD player, There are views of the dunes and sea from the lounge window and doors leading to a lovely south facing patio.

Lundy Light enjoys a superb location, just a few hundred metres from the beach. You do not need to use a car or even cross a road.
KITCHEN
Through an archway off of the lounge is the very well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer, Washing machine, Tumbler dryer, Dishwasher, Toaster and a Sandwich Maker. Also in the kitchen is a BT payphone and a pine dining table & chairs are situatd in the adjoining conservatory.
CONSERVATORY
Adjoining the kitchen is a newly built conservatory. This provides a pleasant area to eat, drink or relax. Especially when the evening chill sets in. Doors lead out onto the the patio area.

BEDROOMS
The house has four bedrooms:- Bedroom 1 is a double with en suite bathroom (shower & sink) and sea views.
- Bedroom 2 is a double with 5' bed, fitted washbasin and sea views.
- Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with fitted washbasin and rural views.
- Bedroom 4 is a twin bedded room with fitted washbasin and sea views.
- Pillows, duvets & blankets are provided. The en suite bathroom has a 2nd door allowing other residents to use it. All rooms lead open onto a central corridor that runs through the property.

Main Bathroom: Power shower over bath, wall
heater, heated towel rail, sink and lavatory.
En suite bathroom: power shower in cubicle, sink and lavatory
There is also an outside shower for use after returning from the beach.
The bungalow occupies a large level plot (half a field!) There is ample room to park and loads of space for children to play.

Heating is by Electrical combination storage heaters with additional independent fan heating incorporated.
