Lundy Light- A recently constructed holiday chalet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only a few minutes walk from the beach, popular with holiday-makers and surfers alike.
It's only a short walk to the beach, the bungalow is only one small field from the burrows & dunes. There is a south facing patio with garden furniture.
LOUNGE
A very comfortable light and spacious room with colour television and video, There are views of the dunes and sea from the lounge window and doors leading to a lovely south facing patio.

Lundy Light enjoys a superb location, just a few hundred metres from the beach. You do not need to use a car or even cross a road.
KITCHEN
Through an archway off of the lounge is the very well equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer, Washing machine, Tumbler dryer, Dishwasher, Toaster and a Sandwich Maker. Also in the kitchen is a pine dining table & chairs and a BT payphone.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 is a double with 5' bed, fitted washbasin and sea views. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with fitted washbasin and rural views. Cot availible. Pillows, duvets & blankets are provided.

BATHROOM etc.
Power shower over bath, wall heater, heated towel rail.
There is also an outside shower for use after returning from the beach.
The bungalow occupies a large level plot (half a field!) There is ample room to park and loads of space for children to play.

Heating is by Electrical combination storage heaters with additional independent fan heating incorporated.
Electricity- £1 slot meter.
