Kenmaron- A holiday chalet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only a stone's throw from the beach. This superb position makes it one of closest private properties to the beach that is available to rent.

The chalet is situated in a little cul-de-sac off Sandy Lane and is just a couple minutes walk through the dunes to the beach. The village with it's shops' pubs and restaurants is just a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. The bungalow has parking for several cars.

| Directions...M5 exit junction 27, North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple, A361 to Braunton, B3231 to Croyde Bay. Between beach and the village turn left into Sandyway Estate just before Whiteleaf Guesthouse. Follow the estate road downhill & to the right coming onto the rough road that is Sandy Lane.
