Beach Break is a newly renovated cedar clad holiday chalet situated in Leadengate Close mid way between Croyde Village and the beach. Either is just an easy stroll away, the shops,pubs and restaurants in one direction, the sandhills, beach and surf in the other.
Such is the popularity of this property we are so far unable to get pictures of the inside! We will rectify this as soon as possible.

As mentioned, the property enjoys a fine location....to get to the beach you just walk to the end of the road and via a stile (you can walk around it if you need to) you come out on a level footpath that takes you onto the beach. This path is one of a network of footpaths that also connects to the village and accesses the beach at the middle or at either end.

The property is maintained and equipped to a high standard and comprises;
Entrance porchway leading to 5x3.5M lounge with double and single settee sofa beds, Colour TV and patio doors leading to the enclosed garden. Modern kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Dining room with sliding door opening out onto patio deck and barbeque. Bedroom one with double bed. Bedroom two with twin beds. Bedroom three with double bunk beds. All with duvets and pillows. Attractive bathroom with bath, separate shower and hand basin. Separate WC.
Enclosed spacious rear garden, a real sun trap! Parking for two cars.
Electricity by £1 coin meter. Bed linen available at £5 pppw. Cot and highchair available. One well behaved pet allowed at £10 per week.
Weekend and mid-week breaks are available at 75% of the weekly tariff.
