A detached double glazed cedarwood holiday bungalow situated in Leadengate Close. There is a short path to the dunes and beach which means that there is no need to use your car nor are there any roads to cross. It is also only a short level walk to the village.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a washbasin, Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds each. Each bedroom has a wall mounted electric heater.
The bathroom has a bath, washbasin etc. There is a separate toilet. Sandpiper is encircled by a pleasant enclosed level lawned garden, There is hardstanding for two cars.
