A detached cedarwood holiday bungalow situated in Leadengate Close (next door to ‘Sandpiper’).There is a short path to the dunes and beach which means that there is no need to use your car nor are there any roads to cross. It is also only a short walk to the village.

Kingfisher has a comfortable furnished living room with TV and video.The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.

The bathroom is equipped with bath with electric shower over, washbasin and wall heater. There is a separate toilet. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
Kingfisher has an enclosed, lawned garden and is equipped with garden furniture and barbeque. Electricity inclusive. There is parking for two cars.
There is a path which leads directly to the beach, and it is a short stroll to the village amenities.
Please collect keys from, and return them to, Longfield.
